Terms for quote requests and uploaded files

Purpose of a submission

Submitting this form requests a review and written quote. Work starts only after scope, price and timing are confirmed in writing. If the supplied information is incomplete, we will explain what is still needed before production can begin.

Permission to upload

You confirm that you own the uploaded material or have permission to share it for project review and visualization. You remain responsible for removing confidential or personal information that is not needed for the request.

Visualization scope

Lobin provides visualization based on supplied plans, measurements, photos, layouts and design direction. Unless a written quote says otherwise, the service does not include a full interior design concept, engineering, construction or permit drawings, code review, product purchasing, installation, construction supervision or unrestricted revisions.

Website estimates

Area-based and per-view prices shown on the website are starting points. They are not automatic final quotations. Final price may depend on project readiness, included spaces, viewpoint count, custom modeling, revisions, delivery timing, hosting and other confirmed requirements.

Accuracy of supplied information

Visualization accuracy depends on the information you provide. You are responsible for checking plans, dimensions, materials and design choices. Renderings and tours are communication tools and should not be used as construction measurements or technical drawings.

External 360° examples

External reference demos may be hosted by third-party viewers and open in a separate tab. Availability and performance of those external services are not controlled by Lobin. A cover image on this website is not itself an interactive tour.
