Is this a free-roam walkthrough?
No. The standard service uses connected fixed 360° viewpoints. Unrestricted real-time or UE5 navigation is a separate custom service.
How is the area calculated?
We total the included interior area on every floor. Voids, land, gardens, outdoor areas, patios, balconies, garages and excluded rooms are not counted by default.
Are high-resolution still images included?
Yes. A complimentary set of high-resolution stills from agreed tour viewpoints is included at no additional charge. Quantity and views are confirmed in your written quote. Independently art-directed camera views are quoted as a separate still-rendering service.
What if my design is not fully confirmed?
You may still request a review. We will identify missing information and explain what must be confirmed before visualization begins.
Does the rate include full interior design?
No. The rate covers visualization based on supplied plans and design direction. Full design concepts, construction drawings and build services are separate.
How many viewpoints, revisions and hosting months are included?
Your written quote lists the fixed viewpoint count, included revision rounds, hosting period, delivery stages and any add-ons before work starts.
Can I send a floor plan in square metres?
Yes. You can upload the original drawing. We use square feet for the public rate and confirm any conversion during review.
