How project enquiry information is handled

This notice explains how Lobin collects and uses information submitted through this website when you request a quote, upload project files or contact us.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, preferred contact method, customer and project type, interior area, deadline, project notes, uploaded files and technical source information such as the landing page, advertising campaign parameters, referrer, browser information and approximate network address.

How we use it

• Review project readiness, scope and uploaded materials.
• Ask for missing information and prepare a quote.
• Respond through the contact method you select.
• Protect the website, prevent abuse and keep operational records.
• Measure which pages and campaigns generate useful project enquiries.

Project files

Files are stored for project review and service delivery. Please do not upload material you do not have permission to share, unnecessary personal records, identity documents, financial information or other sensitive data unrelated to the visualization request.

Service providers and external viewers

We may use hosting, storage, email, security, analytics and communication providers to operate the service. External 360° reference demos open on third-party websites in a new tab; their own privacy practices apply once you leave this website.

Advertising measurement

When advertising measurement is enabled, we may use Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to record page visits, contact actions and completed project enquiries. Campaign identifiers, browser or device information, approximate network address and a shared event reference may be sent to Meta so that we can measure advertising results and avoid counting the same conversion twice. Meta applies its own privacy terms to that processing.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry information and files only as long as reasonably needed for project review, delivery, legal obligations, dispute handling and security. Access is limited according to operational need. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete enquiry information where applicable. You can also choose not to upload files and send only the initial project details.
